Diversity Practices

All employees will undergo diversity training on a regular basis. This training will encompass raising awareness about issues surrounding diversity and developing diversity management skills.

Plaza Companies will also create an environment in which individual differences and the contributions of all team members is recognized and valued. Intimidation, bullying or harassment will not be tolerated.

Plaza Companies will also encourage anyone who feels they have been subject to discrimination to express their concerns so that we may take corrective action.

Plaza Companies’ management will educate all employees that an equality and diversity policy is in operation and that they are obligated to comply with its requirements and promote fairness in the workplace. The policy will also be made available to clients, business partners, vendors, and job applicants.
